By purchasing, executing, or using Serenium, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of terms, then you may not access the service.

2. User Responsibilities

No Tampering

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or decrypt this script. Attempting to crack, bypass, or tamper with the licensing system is strictly prohibited.

No Sharing

Do not share or distribute your license key with other individuals. Violation will result in permanent HWID ban without refund.

3. Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS

Due to digital nature of product and risk of unauthorized copying, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once license is delivered (You won't get your money back and will be blacklisted).

4. License Limitations

One HWID

A single purchase grants a license for ONE (1) Device/HWID. If you upgrade your hardware (executor) significantly, you may require a HWID reset, which is provided at our discord.

5. Liability & Risks

Game Bans

While we use obfuscation, the use of any modification in online games (Such as Roblox) carries risk. Serenium is not responsible for account bans or losses.

Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenium excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Revocation

We reserve right to suspend or revoke your license without notice if you violate Terms, attempt to crack the script, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
